These Terms govern your access to and use of the Nuffy website, mobile app, DMV study tools, practice lessons, and related services provided by Yebatech LLC. By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may use the services only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. Nuffy is designed for learning and practice; it does not replace official DMV materials, licensed instruction, legal requirements, or safe driving judgment.

You may not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the services, or use the services to violate the rights of others.

You retain ownership of content that you provide to the services. You grant Yebatech LLC a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide and improve Nuffy.

Yebatech LLC and its licensors retain all rights in Nuffy, including software, designs, trademarks, lesson content, practice flows, and other intellectual property not expressly granted to you.

If paid plans are offered, billing terms, renewal periods, taxes, and cancellation rules will be presented at purchase or in the relevant order form.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services where needed to improve reliability, security, compliance, or product quality.

The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yebatech LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nuffy does not guarantee that you will pass any DMV test or meet any licensing requirement. Always verify requirements with your state DMV or other official authority.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yebatech LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Yebatech LLC's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the services in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars.
